2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select Government or Private Hospital.

6. Enter the hospital name, if you have a particular hospital in mind.

7. Enter the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check whether the hospital is currently PM-JAY empanelled for Neurosurgery.
