Follow these steps :

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.
2. Select the patient's State.
3. Select the District.
4. Choose Government or Private hospital.
5. Select the relevant speciality, such as Pulmonology/Respiratory Medicine, if available.
6. Enter the hospital name if you already have a hospital in mind.
7. Complete the Captcha.
8. Click Search.
9. Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under PM-JAY.
