Yes, treatment for a broken nose (nose bone fracture) is covered under the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme.

How to check an Ayushman hospital

1. Go to the PM-JAY Hospital Search.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select Hospital Type, if required.

5. Select the relevant Speciality, such as ENT.

6. You can also enter the Hospital Name if you know it.

7. Enter the Captcha.

8. Click Search.

9. The list of PM-JAY empanelled hospitals will appear.

Documents to carry

• Ayushman Card/e-card

• Aadhaar Card or valid ID

• Doctor's prescription

• X-ray/CT scan report, if available

• Other medical reports

• Previous treatment or discharge papers, if any
