1. Go to the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

3. Select Palakkad in the District field.

4. Select the Hospital Type, if required.

5. Select the relevant Speciality, its optional.

6. Enter the hospital name if you already know it.

7. Enter the Captcha shown on the screen.

8. Click on Search.

9. The list of matching empanelled hospitals will appear.
