How to Check an Ayushman Hospital for Shoulder Fracture

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.
2. Select your State.
3. Select your District.
4. Select Government or Private hospital.
5. Select the Orthopaedics speciality.
6. Enter the hospital name, if you already have one in mind.
7. Enter the Captcha shown on the screen.
8. Click Search.
9. Check that the hospital is currently empanelled under PM-JAY.
10. You also check the overall list os empanelled hospital of your district
