1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Check the overall PM-JAY empanelled hospital list for your district.

5. Select Government or Private hospital, if required.

6. Select Orthopaedics as the specialty.

7. Search for the exact hospital name.

8. Enter the captcha, if shown.

9. Click Search and check whether the hospital is currently active under PM-JAY.

10. Visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk with your medical reports. Confirm whether your specific orthopaedic treatment is covered and whether pre-authorisation is required.

• Aadhaar Card or another valid government ID

• Doctor's prescription and treatment advice
