2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select Government or Private Hospital.

5. Select the relevant speciality, such as Neurosurgery or Orthopaedics.

6. Select the hospital name, if you have a specific hospital in mind.

7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check that the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment for the required speciality.

10. You can also check overall empanelled list of hospitals of your district.
