82 yrs old patient h/O trauma with fracture surgical neck of rt humerus, taking antihypertensive as asomex 2.5mg in morning, diuretics, concorcor 1.25 mg at 9 pm,now complaining of transient loss of consciousness on day of trauma, pulse rate on day of trauma 40 but now pulse rate around 50 & sometimes around 60 .
