Height genetics pe depend karta hai, par kuch cheezein follow karke apne growth potential ko maximize kar sakte ho:

  1. Healthy Diet: Protein, calcium aur vitamins (D aur K) wale foods khana zaroori hai.
  2. Exercise: Stretching, yoga, swimming, aur basketball jaise activities karein.
  3. Proper Sleep: Roz 7–9 ghante ki neend lein, kyunki growth hormones tabhi release hote hain.
  4. Posture Improve Karein: Seedhe baithein aur khade ho to height naturally zyada lagegi.
