6. Check for Gastroenterology, Hepatology, General Medicine or General Surgery services, depending on your requirement.

Keep these documents ready :

• Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Card/e-card

• Aadhaar Card or valid government ID

• Doctor's prescription

• Liver function test reports

• CBC and other blood-test reports

• Ultrasound/CT/MRI reports, if available

If the patient has yellow eyes/skin with severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black stools, confusion, severe swelling of the abdomen, extreme drowsiness, or rapidly worsening weakness, seek urgent medical care rather than waiting for routine Ayushman verification.
