1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Finder.

2. Select Bihar as the state.

3. Select Lakhisarai or Jamui as the district.

4. Select the relevant speciality, such as General Surgery.

5. Search the hospital name.

6. Confirm that its PM-JAY empanelment is currently active.

Documents required

Take these documents with your brother

• Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Card/e-card

• Aadhaar Card or valid ID

• Doctor's prescription/referral

• Ultrasound or CT scan report, if available

• CBC and other blood-test reports

• Previous medical reports

• Previous discharge summary, if any

• Current medicines/prescriptions

Even if you do not have all the reports, do not delay emergency treatment because of documentation.
