What is a blocked tear duct and why does my eye water?

Aapne bataya ki aankh ke nali (tear duct) block hai aur aankh se paani aata hai, to yeh condition nasolacrimal duct obstruction kehlati hai. Ismein aansu aankhon se na nikal kar wapas jama ho jaate hain, jis se constant watering, irritation ya infection ho sakta hai.

1. Initial stage:

2. Permanent blockage:

   • DCR Surgery (Dacryocystorhinostomy) is the most common procedure to open the tear duct

   • It is usually a safe, day-care surgery
