Description
Chest pain position midil , and pain round left hand
Hello,
Pain in the middle of the chest that spreads toward the left arm should not be ignored. This pattern can be a warning sign of a heart problem, including a heart attack, especially if the pain is new, severe, or lasts for more than a few minutes.
If you are having this pain right now, please seek emergency medical care immediately.
Do not wait to see whether it gets better on its own.
Avoid driving yourself to the hospital; call your local emergency medical service or have someone take you to the nearest emergency department.
Sit down and rest while waiting for medical help.
Do not take painkillers or other medicines on your own to try to hide the symptoms.
If you have previously been prescribed medicine for angina, take it only as your doctor has instructed.
Chest pain with any of these symptoms is particularly concerning :
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness or fainting
Pain spreading to the shoulder, back, neck or jaw
A feeling of pressure, squeezing, heaviness or tightness in the chest
There are several possible causes, including heart-related problems, acidity/acid reflux, muscle or chest-wall pain, and other conditions. It is not safe to assume that chest pain spreading to the left arm is only gas or muscle pain without medical evaluation.
At the hospital, doctors perform an ECG and blood tests such as troponin, along with other tests if needed, to determine whether the heart is involved.
Please take this symptom seriously. Getting checked quickly can make an important difference if the cause is heart-related.
Wishing you and your family good health always.
Warm regards,
Team HexaHealth
