3. Select your District.

4. Select Government or Private Hospital.

5. Select the relevant cardiology specialty.

6. You can also check the list of Ayushman-empanelled hospitals in your district.

7. Enter the exact name of the hospital you want to visit.

8. Complete the captcha, if shown, and click Search.

9. Check that the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment.

10. Visit the hospital’s Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk and confirm whether the specific WPW treatment advised by the cardiologist is covered and whether pre-authorisation is required.
