1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Click on “Find Hospital”.

3. Select your State.

4. Select your District.

5. Select Government or Private Hospital.

6. Select the required Specialty, such as Cardiology or Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery.

7. Enter the Manipal Hospital name.

8. Complete the Captcha, if shown.

9. Click “Search” and check whether the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment.

10. Contact the hospital’s Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm whether the specific heart surgery is covered, whether the package is active, and whether pre-authorisation is required.
