For cardiac arrest or a serious heart condition, treatment should not be delayed while checking the card. Take the patient to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Steps to Check an Ayushman Hospital

1. Open the official PM-JAY hospital search.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select Government or Private Hospital.

5. Select the relevant Speciality, such as Cardiology.

6. Select the hospital name, if you have a specific hospital in mind.

7. Enter the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check that the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment.

10. You can also check overall empaneled hospital list of your district

11. Before admission, ask the Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk whether the required cardiac treatment is covered under an approved package and whether pre-authorization is required.
