Steps to check the hospital

1. Visit the official CAPF Ayushman Bharat scheme website.

2. Open the option to search for empanelled hospitals.

3. Select your State.

4. Select your District/City.

5. Select the relevant hospital type, if the option is available.

6. Select Cardiology or the relevant speciality.

7. Enter the exact hospital name, if you already have one in mind.

8. Complete the captcha, if shown.

9. Click Search and check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under the CAPF Ayushman scheme.

10. You can also check the overall empanelled list of your district

Documents to keep ready

• CAPF Ayushman Card

• Aadhaar Card or valid government ID

• Doctor's prescription or referral

• Previous ECG, Echo, TMT or other heart reports, if available
