Billing happened first. However, service provided was not as per the category opted. (E.g. paid for Delux Ac room, however AC wasn't working and full of mosquitoes). I hexahealth promised affordable treatment, however cost kept getting increased and too many charges were levied by the hospital. Estimated cost was INR 20000, but we had to pay INR 30000+. That too without medicines. ultrasonography was the costliest I have ever known @ INR 2000.
