Very poor service, actually you promise lots of for till admission and then after changes all and taking extra payment from patients. I will never suggest any one in my company for Hexa.

As part of insurance process they take much more time to process I willl suggest to expedite the process or start early in my case process has taken 8 hours to process so understand my frustration level
