Overall experience was good requirement of completing KYC and photograph was not communicated due to which my spouse had to run around. I had to continuously seek update on Bill settlement post surgery for my discharge. Only if these minor hassles are taken care this could one of the best experiences anyone can get.

As a mother I was very sceptical weather to go with this surgery or not. My overall experience was good. Only I didn't like the hospital which they assigned for surgery. Even the doctor was good. Only the staff of that hospital needs some management lesson.

As part of insurance process they take much more time to process I willl suggest to expedite the process or start early in my case process has taken 8 hours to process so understand my frustration level
