I had a complex tibial plateau fracture and was told elsewhere that surgery was very risky given the nature of the fracture. Dr Sushanth at Manipal Dona Paula reviewed the X-rays and CT scan very carefully and said surgical fixation was the right approach. Surgery was done very precisely and I am now walking normally. His expertise in complex trauma surgery is very evident.
