Mujhe hamesha fatigue aur breathlessness hota tha. Test karvane par pata chala ki muje dil ki ek rare condition hai. Dr. Kashinath ne timely treatment shuru kiya aur aaj wo ekdum theek hai. Agar doctor sahab na hote toh shayad time par pata bhi na chalta. Dil ka doctor bhut hain but inse best heart doctor koi nhi hain.
