मुझे एक छोटे accident के बाद लगातार पीठ दर्द था। कई डॉक्टरों को दिखाया, लेकिन फायदा नहीं हुआ। फिर Dr. Shrikant Jadhav ने spine X-ray और MRI करवाया और बताया कि यह lumbar spondylosis है। physiotherapy और medications से धीरे-धीरे आराम मिला। सबसे बड़ी बात—उन्होंने surgery की ज़रूरत नहीं बताई जब वो जरूरी नहीं थी।
