पण डॉक्टर अशोक मेहता यांनी ज्या प्रकारे आम्हाला सर्व पर्याय आणि 'रॅडिकल हिस्टेरेक्टॉमी' (radical hysterectomy) प्रक्रिया समजावून सांगितली, ती अतिशय स्पष्ट आणि विश्वासार्ह होती. त्यांनी केवळ शस्त्रक्रियाच उत्तम केली नाही, तर ऑपरेशननंतरही त्यांनी दिलेल्या सल्ल्याने पत्नीला लवकर बरे व्हायला मदत झाली. त्यांचे कार्य खरंच कौतुकास्पद आहे.
