मेरे पापा को जब valve replacement की जरूरत पड़ी, हम बहुत घबराए हुए थे। डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद मल्लेला ने न सिर्फ सर्जरी की, बल्कि हमें हर छोटी बात समझाई। सर्जरी बिल्कुल successful रही, और आज पापा फिर से पहले जैसे चल-फिर पा रहे हैं। सर जैसे डॉक्टर्स rare हैं।

నాన్నగారికి హృదయంలో ఒక బ్లాక్ వచ్చిందని తెలిసినప్పుడు మనం చాలా భయపడిపోయాం. ఎమర్జెన్సీగా డా. రాజేంద్ర ప్రసాద్ గారిని సంప్రదించాము. వారు వెంటనే అవసరమైన టెస్టులు చేసి బైపాస్ సర్జరీ చేయాలని చెప్పారు. ఆపరేషన్ సక్సెస్ అయింది. ఇప్పుడాయన ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నారు. డాక్టర్ గారి శాంతంగా వివరించే విధానం, నెమ్మదిగా చేపట్టిన చికిత్స మాకు విశ్వాసం ఇచ్చింది.

నాన్నకి chest pain వల్ల tests చేసినప్పుడు major blockage ఉన్నట్టు తేలింది. డాక్టర్ రాజేంద్ర ప్రసాద్ గారు CABG (బైపాస్ సర్జరీ) చేశారు. ఆ సమయంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడిన ధైర్యవాక్యాలు మాకు బాగా అండ అయ్యాయి. ఇప్పుడే discharge అయి ఇంటికి వచ్చాం. ఆ భగవంతుడి తర్వాత మా నాన్నకు ప్రాణాలిచ్చిన డాక్టర్ గారే.
