Mujhe depression ke saath sleep disorder bhi tha. Roz thakaan aur kamzori lagti thi. Dr. Nishtha Jain ne detail mein suna, sahi test karwaye aur medicines di. Unhone counseling bhi suggest ki. Ab नींद बेहतर है aur energy wapas aa rahi hai. Main khud ko normal mehsoos kar rahi hoon.
