कई सालों से मुझे हड्डियों में कमजोरी और दर्द की शिकायत थी। ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस का पता चला। कई डॉक्टरों को दिखाया लेकिन राहत नहीं मिली। फिर डॉ. आशिष कुमार जांगिड़ से मिली। उन्होंने सही इलाज और डाइट चार्ट दिया। अब मेरी हड्डियों की मजबूती वापस आ रही है और मैं सामान्य जिंदगी जी पा रही हूँ।
