Dr. Suresh Chhabra

A specialist in General Surgery with a rich experience of over 37 years is currently working in Artemis Hospital. He has expertise in Piles Treatment (Non-Surgical), Hair Transplant Surgery, Incisional Hernia, Bariatric (Gastric Bypass) Surgery Laparoscopic Hernia Repair, etc. He was the first to introduce the most modern techniques of AO methods of fracture fixation, arthroscopy, and arthroplasty in Delhi and is credited for establishing the country's First Frozen Bone Bank facility at AlIMS.He has to his acclaim the honour of performing 11000+ Joint replacement surgeries including total hip and knee replacements & primary and revision total joint surgeries and has mentored several postgraduates, medical students and surgeons, over the years. Dr Bhan's research studies and work has been published in 50 international publications and 102 national publications and he continues to serve as a faculty and visiting professor at several teaching institutions, medical facilities, and conferences both within the country and overseas. 

He has handled numerous complex medical cases and is known for attention to detail, accurate diagnosis and treating patients with empathy.
