We visited Dr. Mohit Singhal at Cloud Nine Hospital, and every time I felt that he had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful towards parents. He hardly checks the child properly or tries to understand what is wrong. If you ask any question or have any concern, he replies rudely and gives unsatisfactory answers like “aisa toh hoga” or “wo toh hoga.” He also prescribes unnecessary medicines. I asked him which brand of milk powder I should buy or if I should get anything from the market. His reply was, “Market se hi loge, ghar par toh banaoge nahi.” This is not the first time he has spoken to me like this—he has behaved this way many times, and it always makes me feel disappointed and disrespected. We traveled for one hour in traffic and then waited another half an hour in the queue at Cloud Nine, only to get such an unsatisfactory response. Sorry, but we will not be visiting again. As a doctor—especially a pediatrician—he should be polite and kind towards parents and children. Unfortunately, I now feel he is just creating nuisance there. I will not recommend him to anyone
