How to Check Ayushman Empanelled Hospital?

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select the State.

3. Select the District.

4. Choose Government or Private Hospital, as applicable.

5. Select the relevant specialty, such as Gynaecology/Obstetrics, if available.

6. Enter the exact hospital name.

7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check that the hospital's PM-JAY empanelment is active and that the required maternity/delivery package is available.

10. Before admission, visit or contact the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk with the pregnancy records and doctor's advice. Confirm that the specific delivery package is covered, whether normal delivery or C-section is applicable, and whether any pre-authorization is required.
