Is a fasting glucose level of 96 concerning during a 9-week pregnancy glucose tolerance test?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and doctor had advised me to get glucose tolerance test done.in that only fasting sample is lill more 96 where as other 2 samples are normal.is this a problem
