मेरी कमर मे दर्द है और कमर से पूरे पैरों मे हल्का झनझनाहट और टाइट नेस है चलने मे प्रॉब्लम होती है पीठ पर Lipoma जो बह कर काफी छोटा हो गया है But Lipoma का मुह जहा से बह रहा है काफी बारा है But redness, pain, या ज्यादा swelling नहीं है, मुझे overall बताये क्या करना चाहिए और मुझे injection का fear मैं बता ही चुका हू?
