1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.
2. Select Telangana as the State.
3. Select Hyderabad as the District.
4. Select the Hospital Type, such as Government or Private.
5. Enter the hospital name, if you already have one in mind.
6. Enter the Captcha.
7. Click Search.
8. Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under PM-JAY/Aarogyasri.
