Nose mein turbinate hypertrophy ka matlab hota hai naak ke andar ki soft bone (turbinates) ka sujan ya badhna, jo naak band hone, saans lene mein takleef, ya snoring ka kaaran ban sakta hai. Agar medicines se aram nahi milta, toh turbinate reduction surgery (turbinoplasty ya partial turbinectomy) ki salah di jaati hai.
