How to Check CAPF Ayushman Hospital

• Visit the official PM-JAY hospital search portal.

• Select the relevant State and District.

• Search the hospital by its exact name.

• Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled.

• Confirm that the required speciality or treatment is available.

• Carry your Ayushman CAPF Card/Force ID and valid identification documents.
