Yes, Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY can be used for eligible patient at PMJAY empanelled Hospitals.

How to check whether Ayushman Card is applicable

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select Government or Private Hospital.

5. Select the required speciality, such as Cardiology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, etc.

6. Enter the hospital name if you already have a hospital in mind.

7. Enter the captcha, if shown.

8. Click on Search.

9. Check whether the hospital is currently listed as PM-JAY empanelled and whether the required speciality is available.

10. You can also check the overall empanelled list of ayushman hospitals of your district

• Ayushman Card/e-card

• Aadhaar or other valid ID

• Doctor's prescription/referral

• Relevant medical reports and scans

• Previous treatment/discharge records
