Hello,

The “Beneficiary Not Found” message in Telangana usually means that your details could not be matched with the beneficiary database. This can happen because of spelling differences in personal details, Aadhaar or ration card information not matching, or your Food Security Card details not being properly mapped in the PM-JAY system.

If you are eligible but your beneficiary record is not appearing, you can try the following steps.

1. Try Searching With Different Details

Sometimes the beneficiary cannot be found because the name or other details do not exactly match the government records.

  • Open the official PM-JAY beneficiary portal or Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY app.

  • Select Telangana as your state.

  • Log in through the beneficiary option using your mobile number and OTP.

  • Try searching with your Aadhaar number instead of your name.

  • If available, try searching using your Family ID or Food Security Card/Ration Card number.

  • Check whether your name and other details match your official documents.

For Telangana beneficiaries, Food Security Card details can be particularly important for identifying and verifying eligible families.

2. Visit a MeeSeva Centre or CSC

If your beneficiary record is still not appearing online, visit your nearest MeeSeva Centre or Common Service Centre (CSC).

Carry these documents

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Food Security Card/Ration Card

  • Mobile number linked with Aadhaar, if available

  • Other government identity or eligibility documents

  • Existing Ayushman Card, if previously issued

Ask the operator to check your beneficiary details and verify whether your Aadhaar and Food Security Card information is correctly mapped.

3. Visit an Ayushman Mitra Help Desk

If you need treatment urgently, you can also visit a PM-JAY empanelled government or private hospital in Telangana.

At the hospital

  1. Locate the Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY help desk.

  2. Provide your Aadhaar and Food Security Card.

  3. Ask them to check your beneficiary eligibility.

  4. Request them to verify whether your details are correctly mapped in the state database.

  5. If you are eligible but the record is not appearing, ask about the available verification or correction process.

Do not assume that treatment will automatically be cashless until your eligibility and the required treatment package are verified.

4. Register a Grievance if the Problem Continues

If you have a valid eligible Food Security Card but your beneficiary details are still not found, you can raise a grievance through the official PM-JAY grievance system.

Documents to Keep Ready

Before visiting MeeSeva, CSC, or an Ayushman Mitra desk, keep these documents together

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Food Security Card/Ration Card

  • Aadhaar-linked mobile number

  • Existing Ayushman Card, if any

  • Family ID, if applicable

  • Previous PM-JAY-related documents

  • Medical documents, if you need treatment urgently
