Hello,

It is completely understandable to feel concerned when you cannot see your spouse's name on your card, especially when you are managing everything on your own. Please do not worry. Each eligible senior citizen aged 70 years or above receives a separate Ayushman Card. Your PDF card will show your own details and photo. Your spouse should have her own separate card with her details and photo.

Since the NHA portal shows her card status as “Generated,” you can check her details and download her individual card.

Step 1: Open the Official Portal

  1. Open the internet browser on your phone or computer.

  2. Visit the official NHA Beneficiary Portal.

  3. Select Beneficiary, if this option appears.

  4. Enter your mobile number and verify it using the OTP received on your phone.

  5. Complete the captcha, if shown, and log in.

Step 2: Search for Your Details

After logging in, follow these steps:

  1. Select your State.

  2. Select the appropriate scheme, such as PM-JAY or the senior citizen scheme, depending on how you registered.

  3. Choose the available search option, such as Aadhaar number or Family ID.

  4. Enter the required details and click on Search.

Step 3: Check Your Spouse's Name

  1. Look at the family or beneficiary details displayed on the screen.

  2. Check whether your spouse's name appears in the list.

  3. Look at the card status shown next to her name.

  4. If her status says “Generated,” this indicates that her card has been generated in the system. You should still open her individual record to confirm her details.

Step 4: Download Your Spouse's Card

  1. Select your spouse's name or her individual record.

  2. Click on the Download Card option, if available.

  3. Complete the identity verification process requested by the portal, such as Aadhaar OTP verification.

  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to download her Ayushman Card PDF.

  5. You can save the PDF on your phone or computer and print it if needed.

Important: If her name does not appear, or you cannot download her card even though the status says “Generated,” please visit a nearby Ayushman Mitra desk or Common Service Centre (CSC) with her Aadhaar card and your registration details.

You have already taken an important step by checking the NHA status. Please do not feel that you have to manage this alone; ask the official help desk to verify her individual card and help you download it.

Wishing you and your family good health always.
Warm regards,
