If you want to know whether your Ayushman Card is active or whether a hospital's Ayushman/PM-JAY panel is currently active, you can verify the status through the official government portal or the hospital's Ayushman Help Desk.

How to Check Your Ayushman Card Status

If you want to check whether your personal Ayushman Card is active

1. Visit the official NHA Beneficiary Portal.

2. Select the Beneficiary option.

3. Enter your registered mobile number and verify it using OTP.

4. Select your State, Scheme and District.

5. Search using your Aadhaar number, name, or Family ID.

6. Check your beneficiary/card status shown on the portal.

7. An approved or active status generally indicates that your beneficiary record is active.

How to Check Whether a Hospital's Ayushman Panel Is Active

If you want to check a particular hospital:

• Search the hospital through the PM-JAY Hospital Finder.

• Select the relevant state and district.

• Search the hospital by its name.

• Check its current empanelment/status.

Important for Your Treatment

Even when a hospital is Ayushman-empanelled, every treatment is not automatically covered. The hospital needs to check your diagnosis and the specific procedure against the applicable PM-JAY package. Cashless treatment is subject to eligibility, package coverage and the required approval.
