Yes, you able to use your Ayushman Bharat Card at one of our partner hospitals, depending on the hospital's active PM-JAY empanelment and whether your required treatment is covered under an available package.

How to check whether a hospital accepts the Ayushman Card

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Check the overall list of PM-JAY empanelled hospitals in your district.

5. Select Government or Private hospital, as applicable.

6. Select the specialty related to your treatment.

7. Enter the exact hospital name, if known.

8. Enter the captcha, if shown.

9. Click on Search and check the hospital's current empanelment status.

10. Contact the hospital's Ayushman Mitra desk to confirm whether your specific treatment is covered and whether any pre-authorisation is required.

Documents you should keep ready

• Ayushman Bharat Card

• Aadhaar Card or another valid government ID

• Doctor's prescription and treatment advice

• Relevant medical reports, such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans or ultrasound reports

• Previous medical records and prescriptions

• Previous discharge summary, if applicable

• Referral or authorisation documents, if required
