Does Ayushman Card work at this hospital for treatment?

Yes, Ayushman Card treatment is available at eligible and currently empanelled hospitals under PM-JAY. However, HexaHealth itself is not a hospital.

We work with partner hospitals and experienced doctors, including hospitals that are empanelled under Ayushman Bharat. We can help you identify a suitable partner hospital and guide you regarding the treatment and hospital process. Ayushman beneficiaries can receive cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals, subject to eligibility and the applicable treatment package. 

How to check an Ayushman hospital

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select your State.

3. Select your District.

4. Select the Government or Private hospital type.

5. Select the required speciality for your treatment.

6. Enter the exact hospital name, if you already have a hospital in mind.

7. Check the hospital's empanelment status.

8. Enter the Captcha.

9. Click on Search and check the hospital details.

10. You can also overall list of empanelled hospital of your district

11. Before admission, contact the hospital's Ayushman desk and confirm that your exact treatment is covered under the applicable PM-JAY package and whether pre-authorisation is required.

Documents to carry

• Ayushman Card

• Aadhaar Card or valid ID proof

• Doctor's prescription/referral

• Relevant medical reports

• Diagnostic reports such as blood tests, X-ray, ultrasound, CT/MRI, etc., as applicable

• Previous treatment records

• Previous discharge summary, if available

• Current medicines/prescriptions

• Any referral letter, if applicable

• Other documents requested by the hospital's Ayushman desk
