Yes, treatment involving amputation of a finger is covered under the Maharashtra MJPJAY/AB-PMJAY scheme


And Asha hospital is under PMJAY OR MJPJAY it depends on your district , because there are many hospitals in maharashtra of same name and it is not possible every asha hospital shoulde be empanelled so can you confirm us your district , which asha hospital you are talking about 
so then we can tell you after search it is empanelled or not

  4. Search for the exact hospital name, such as Asha Hospital.
