Steps to Check a Private Hospital for Ayushman Card

1. Open the official Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.

2. Select Find Hospital.

3. Select your State.

4. Select your District.

5. Select Private Hospital.

6. Select Orthopaedics as the specialty.

7. Enter the Hospital Name, if you have a particular hospital in mind.

8. Complete the Captcha, if shown.

9. Click Search and check whether the hospital is currently PM-JAY empanelled.

10. Before admission, contact the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm that Total Hip Replacement is covered under the available package, including the required approval and cashless treatment process.

11. You can also check overall empanelled list of hospitals of your district.
