Ho sakta hai ki rib mein chot ya strain ho gaya ho. Dard ko kam karne ke liye aap ice pack ka istemal kar sakte hain aur pain relief cream bhi lagayen. Coughing mein dard zyada ho toh aapko doctor se consult karna chahiye. Doctor checkup karke aapko sahi salaah denge.
