Dear koteshwar Rao ji,
Yes, clavicle (collarbone) fracture surgery is covered under the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme.
Please note that an ABHA card is different from an Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY card. An ABHA card is used to create a digital health ID; it does not, by itself, provide cashless treatment coverage.
Since your clavicle fracture happened around two months ago and the bone has not healed in its original position, please consult an orthopaedic surgeon as soon as possible. The bone may have healed with a change in position, or it may not have healed completely. An examination and fresh X-rays are needed to understand the problem.
Do not try to straighten the bone yourself or lift heavy objects with the affected arm. Seek urgent medical care if you develop increasing pain, numbness, weakness, or a cold or pale hand.
Please tell us your city and state so we can guide you on how to find an appropriate hospital for your clavicle fracture treatment.
Wishing you and your family good health always.
Warm regards,
Team HexaHealth
