How to Check an Ayushman Hospital for Vein Treatment

1. Open the official PM-JAY Hospital Search portal.
2. Select your State.
3. Select your District.
4. Select Government or Private hospital.
5. Select the relevant speciality, such as General Surgery or Cardio-thoracic & Vascular Surgery.
6. Enter the hospital name, if you already have one in mind.
7. Enter the Captcha shown on the screen.
8. Click Search.
9. Check whether the hospital is currently empanelled under PM-JAY.
10. You shoukd check overall list of empanelled hospital of your district
