6. Enter the hospital name if you have a particular hospital in mind.

7. Complete the captcha, if shown.

8. Click Search.

9. Check whether the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment for the required specialty/package.

10. You can also check overall empanelled hospital list of your district.

11. Visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/Ayushman desk and confirm the exact laparoscopic procedure, package coverage and whether pre-authorisation is required.
