7. Complete the Captcha, if shown.

8. Click on Search.

9. Check that the hospital has active PM-JAY empanelment and ENT services.

10. Contact or visit the hospital's Ayushman Mitra/PM-JAY desk with your ear problem and doctor's prescription. Ask them to confirm whether your specific ear treatment is covered under an available PM-JAY package and whether pre-authorization is required.
