For blockages in the intermediate range of about 40–69%, doctors may use additional tests such as FFR to determine whether the narrowing is actually reducing blood flow.

Since you have already undergone angiography twice, it would be best to consult an interventional cardiologist with both angiography reports before deciding on another procedure.

Treatment Include

• Medicines to control cholesterol, blood pressure, and prevent blood clots, as prescribed.
• Angioplasty with stent if the blockage is suitable and significantly affecting blood flow.
• Bypass surgery if there are multiple/complex blockages or the anatomy makes bypass more appropriate.
• Lifestyle measures such as a heart-healthy diet, physical activity as advised by your doctor, and avoiding smoking.
