I was quite disappointed with the experience at Dr. Payal Patil’s OPD at Joshi Hospital. The scheduled time was 10:00 AM, but even by 10:40 AM, she had not arrived. While delays can happen, it is especially difficult for a cancer patient to wait for so long. Despite informing the staff, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Additionally, the doctor showed no concern or apology for the delay. It is disheartening when medical professionals do not prioritize patients’ time and comfort.

Very good doctor had benefited from his treatment
